I had the same on Warzone - the intro music as you walk triggered something. Definitely not correct as I too had streamer mode plus I've made literally hundreds of warzone vids without issue. I have since reduced the intro music to around level 10 out of a hundred and drop over a generic track. Hasn't happened since. But yes it can and does happen.
