Press Windows key + X and select “Device Manager”. Expand “Bluetooth” and right-click on the driver. Select “Uninstall”, check marked “delete the software for the device” and select “OK” (after that, you can see there is no “Bluetooth” expansion on "Device Manager") Select “Update Driver Software”. Restart the computer.
Head to Device Manager from the Start Menu. Navigate to the Bluetooth head and expand the menu using the arrow beside. Right-click on the problematic Bluetooth Device and choose Properties.
