ScubaSteve, Not sure if this will work for you, but I just setup a Bluetooth car kit that plugs into the Aux port on the radio and it works very well and I was able to route the wires so they weren't dangling around everywhere. Below is a link to the company that makes it. I bought on Amazon for $40 bucks.
