Toyota's stop/start system uses a deep cycle 12V battery, if the customer puts in a non certified battery in we're supposed to change the settings in the computer to adjust the stop/start settings. Even if you didn't change the settings, it's not going to explode, just might not restart at some point as it gets older.

From the hundreds of bugs (some fixed by the community) to the huge oversights in regards to certain CC alternative armour like Dragonplate Insulated or Daedric Plate appearing on Bandit Chiefs even at low levels such as 20, when that should not be the case (the regular vanilla variants only appear at level 40
If you find yourself in the house, and the deer is near the door, run out and back in very quickly, it'll trigger its transformation and it will run away, wait about 5 seconds and then go outside. Make sure to return the balloon to the clown. When you start to hear the violin music, the crawling monster is close.
As for the starter motor, generally they used a more robust motor for vehicles equipped with auto start/stop and usually a slightly higher capacity 12V battery. You can disconnect the small battery that controls the stop start feature. You will get a warning light about a battery issue.

After several months of this habit I forget whether I even pressed the button on start and look down when I approach some stop signs to see it already lit up. Feels like magic. I don't remember turning it off, yet there it is, off.
Started normally 2x. It’s hilarious to me that a Japanese automaker, a group know for reliability, offers a car for sale in 2022 that: sounds like a motorcycle on cold start. engine occasionally shakes on cold start. smells like exhaust outside the car when warming up. makes occasional pops when downshifting.
